Peutz-Jeghers syndrome is inherited as an autosomal dominant disorder presenting as hamartomatous polyps in small bowel with mucocutaneous pigmentation. We here present a case of 14 years old male presenting with symptoms of intestinal obstruction and mucocutaneous pigmentation along with family history of similar rashes, in both his mother and brother.
